The total fee for this pistol series will be discounted from $796.00 to $699.00 for candidates who complete the full pistol series. This amount will include student books and materials. This amount will not cover any fees due to NRA to complete each candidate’s registration as an instructor, RSO, or coach. These fees are dependent on the candidate's NRA membership status; NRA members pay less. Other discounts will apply for candidates who schedule multiple courses. Call us for details. 575-985-5555. HPCC is offering all eight courses for $1,992.00 instead of the total of all the individual courses price of $2,392.00. A $400.00 savings. Regardless of how many candidates sign up for individual classes, HPCC will need a minimum of four candidates for each class to put the class on, with some exceptions. When each course has four registered candidates, the deposit for each course will be due. Deposits will only be refundable if training is cancelled by HPCC due to extreme circumstances, or other reasons the HPCC training team deems the classes should be cancelled. Refunds are not offered for no-shows. The remaining balance will be collected on the morning of the first day of any class a candidate attends.
NRA student materials are included with the fee for classes and will be provided to each candidate. The fee for classes includes one session lasting two hours of live fire range time and coaching for any class with a life fire requirement; this is when the NRA live fire qualification for any class with a live fire requirement will be attempted. Any candidate requiring additional range time, or range days to shoot the NRA required qualification will be responsible for paying any additional range fees and will be required to provide any additional ammunition needed to qualify.
Candidates should bring a .22 rifle with open, or iron sights and sufficient ammunition to fire the required qualification for the Basic Rifle class and for the Rifle Instructor class. HPCC will bring loaner rifles for the .22 qualifications that are very conducive to these courses of fire, you supply your .22 ammo.

If for any reason you currently have any trouble shooting these qualifications, do not worry! You are hiring us to train you to be able to shoot these qualifications if you attend any of our basic classes. You are hiring us to train you to be able to teach others to be able to shoot these qualifications if you attend any of our instructor classes! While we cannot guarantee you will be able to shoot the mandatory prequalification courses of fire after our instruction, nor do we offer any money back if we are unable to teach you how to shoot these qualifications, we are highly successful at teaching candidates to be able to shoot these qualifications! If you do it the way we will train you, the way the NRA wants us to train you, you should be fine!
We suggest you go to the range and see if you can currently shoot at the level of these quals, or better. If you are having any difficulty at all, come to class with an open mind and we will do our best to help you make it happen! We are very proud of our track record of getting people able to shoot these qualifications. We are also very proud of our track record of taking shooters who are highly accomplished marksmen and decreasing their group sizes too!

Rifle Instructor candidates, among other requirements, will need to be able to shoot a twenty shot, slow fire, four and a half-inch group at twenty-five yards, standing, unsupported, with open or iron sights, no optics, using as many hands as you would like. Other requirements are things like demonstrating impeccable firearm safety standards while handling firearms and firearm simulators Each class also has a written evaluation.
If for any reason you currently have any trouble shooting these qualifications, do not worry! You are hiring us to train you to be able to shoot these qualifications if you attend any of our basic classes. You are hiring us to train you to be able to teach others to be able to shoot these qualifications if you attend any of our instructor classes! While we cannot guarantee you will be able to shoot the mandatory prequalification courses of fire after our instruction, nor do we offer any money back if we are unable to teach you how to shoot these qualifications, we are highly successful at teaching candidates to be able to shoot these qualifications! If you do it the way we will train you, the way the NRA wants us to train you, you should be fine!
We suggest you go to the range and see if you can currently shoot at the level of these quals, or better. If you are having any difficulty at all, come to class with an open mind and we will do our best to help you make it happen! We are very proud of our track record of getting people able to shoot these qualifications. We are also very proud of our track record of taking shooters who are highly accomplished marksmen and decreasing their group sizes too!

Candidates are urged to bring lunch, drinks, snacks and a cooler each day. Lunch each day will be a working lunch to maximize class time productivity.
Unfortunately, the NRA website does not allow one registration to enroll a candidate in multiple classes.Candidates will need to register for each individual class in the desired series. Your class registration information must match your NRA membership information exactly, such as name, address, phone number, NRA membership number; do not use the three zeros at the beginning of your NRA membership number.
